This Jackie-O dress from Black Halo comes with a black belt.  I bought a calf printed belt to pair with the dress to match my shoes.

Truth be told, I thought of the bright blue dress to go with leopard print shoes because I bought these earrings and thought they where fierce.  I usually start my outfit from the shoes up, but this time I got the idea from my earrings.
